謝大成牧師在佛羅里達州的坦帕灣地區長大，就讀佛州大學期間開始參與校園事工，並在教會的青年和兒童部參與服事。在這段時間裏，他決定回應神的呼召，大學畢業後開始報讀達拉斯神學院，於2011年獲神學碩士學位。謝牧師曾在布蘭諾華人宣道會服事(2010-2020)，牧養青少年及擔任英文部牧師。從2022年4月開始，謝牧師加入CCCFC的牧養團隊。謝牧師與Nelly師母，育有一女Emery。
謝牧師的負擔是在華人教會中，看到弟兄姊妹注重在基督裡的門徒身分過於文化語言特色的凝聚。
Pastor Brian grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. During his studies at the University of Florida, he had the opportunity to serve on campus, and help in the youth and children ministries at a local church. It was during this time that the Lord gave him a passion for full time ministry, and upon graduating, he moved to Dallas to attend seminary at DTS (ThM, 2011). From 2010-2020, Pastor Brian served as youth and then English pastor at Plano Chinese Alliance Church. He joined the staff at CCCFC in 2022. Pastor Brian is married to Nelly, and together they have a daughter, Emery. Their hope and heart in serving in the Chinese church is that while language and culture may be the common ground that initially brings us together, it would be superseded by our new identity in Christ as believers.
